TaxOS Purchase, Refund & Product Policy
Purchase PolicyThank you for choosing TaxOS. We are committed to providing high-quality tax software, professional mentorship, and educational training to help you build and grow a successful tax business.By purchasing any TaxOS product or service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.PaymentFull payment is required before access is granted to any software, mentorship program, training, or digital product unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.We accept approved payment methods through our secure payment platform.Payment plans, when offered, must be completed according to the agreed schedule.Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access to TaxOS products and services.Software PurchasesSoftware licenses are issued after payment has been successfully processed.Software activation and licensing are subject to the software provider's requirements and availability.Software licenses are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by TaxOS and the software provider.Customers are responsible for maintaining compatible computer equipment and internet access.Training & MentorshipGroup training sessions and mentorship programs are available only to registered participants.Access information will be provided before the scheduled training.Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.Missed sessions may not be eligible for rescheduling unless approved by TaxOS.Training materials are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.Digital ProductsDigital products include but are not limited to:Training materialsDownloadable resourcesBusiness templatesGuidesEducational documentsDigital coursesBecause digital products are delivered immediately, all sales are considered final.Refund PolicySoftware PurchasesDue to software licensing and activation costs:All software sales are final once the software license has been issued or activated.Refunds cannot be provided after software credentials or activation codes have been delivered.If a software activation issue occurs due to an error on our part, TaxOS will work diligently to resolve the issue.Digital ProductsDue to the nature of digital content:All digital product purchases are non-refundable.Once access has been granted or files have been downloaded, refunds will not be issued.Training ProgramsRefund requests for group training may be considered only if:The request is submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled training date.No course materials have been accessed or downloaded.After the training begins, no refunds will be issued.Mentorship ProgramsAll mentorship payments are non-refundable once the program has started.If mentorship has not yet begun, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.Duplicate PaymentsIf you are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact TaxOS immediately. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded promptly.ChargebacksCustomers agree to contact TaxOS before filing a payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution.Submitting a fraudulent chargeback after receiving software, training, mentorship, or digital products may result in:Permanent account terminationRevocation of software accessCancellation of future servicesCollection efforts for unpaid balances when permitted by lawCancellation PolicyTaxOS reserves the right to cancel or postpone any training or service due to unforeseen circumstances.If TaxOS cancels a paid event or training session, customers may receive either:A full refund, orA credit toward a future training session.Customer ResponsibilityCustomers are responsible for:Providing accurate registration informationMaintaining current contact informationReading all product descriptions before purchasingEnsuring their computer meets software requirementsFollowing all software licensing agreements
